Specific Bequest

“I give $________ [or describe asset] to the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke, a nonprofit corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to be used for general purposes as determined by the Board of Directors.”

 

Residuary Bequest

“I give to the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke, a nonprofit corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia, all [or ____ percent] of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, to be used for general purposes as determined by the Board of Directors.”

 

Codicil

You may also amend your current will with a codicil to designate a gift to the Wildlife Center. (Sample Codicil)

“I, [name] of [city, state], declare this to be my Codicil to my Last Will and Testament.

“My Last Will and Testament is to be amended to add the following provision:

“Except as modified by this Codicil, I republish my Last Will and Testament.”

You may also help support wildlife by naming the W Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke as the beneficiary of your:
