  • 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. – Registration inside in the ballroom

    • Free golf balls on the driving range

    • Silent Auction

    • Purchase:

      • $10 = Entry to the $10,000 putting contest and get a photo with Miss Virginia

      • $5 = 1 Raffle Ticket

      • $20 = Chance to Shoot the Golf Ball Cannon

      • $5 = Mulligan (max 4 per team)

      • $5 = 1 Forward/Red Tee (max 4 per team)

      • $5 = Extra drink tickets

  • 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Lunch & Drinks Provided (Baked BBQ chicken, pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, cobbler, ice cream & toppings, water, sweet tea, etc…)

  • 1:30 p.m. Shotgun Start (all golfers start at the same time on different holes around the course)

  • ~5:45 p.m. – $1,000,000 shootout takes place at the conclusion of play

    • The 4 people closest to the pin on the par 3s qualify to take 1 swing from 165 yards out on the fairway of #18, if they make it, they win!

  • ~6:00 p.m. – Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, closest to the pins and long drive prizes, raffle prize!

  • ~6:05 p.m. – Grab your silent auction items and drive home safely!

Format

4 Person Scramble (Captain Choice): Each player on the team will tee off, and the team will select the best shot.  Each player will hit from the selected shot, and this continues until the ball is holed or reaches max score.

Each player may place the ball within one club length of the selected shot, no closer to the hole.  The ball must remain in the same condition in which it is selected.  For example:  ball in the rough must be played from the rough.

On the putting surface, the ball may be placed within 6 inches of the selected shot, no closer to the hole.

Threesome: If your team has only three players, the extra shot must rotate amongst the team on each hole.  The rotation can change on each hole.

Putting: Automatic 2 Putts on the putting green.  When hitting onto the putting green, you cannot 3 putt.  After you hit the first putt, pick it up.  Must be on the Putting Surface.

Max Score:     The max score on a hole is one over par (Bogey).

Tees: All Male Players will play from the Blue Tees

          All Male Players over the age of 65, may play from the Black tees.

          All Female Players will play from the White Tees

Contests: Closest to the Pin:  #3, #7, #11, #15

Longest Drive on #10

Special: Long Drive Champion on #5

Future LPGA on  #11

Golf Ball Cannon on  #17

Pace of Play:  Pace of Play for the course is 4 hours and 15 minutes.  Please keep up with the group in front of you. If you cannot see a group in front of you, you are the slow group and should speed up.

Scoring: Please return all scorecards to the scoreboard located next to the Pro Shop. Awards will be presented 5 minutes after the last scorecard is turned in.

RESTROOM CODE: 2500

Prizes: 

Raffle = Cooler + spirits

3rd  – Cash ($25 Dicks Gift Card/person)

All 4 people closest to pin (3, 7, 11, 15)  get a shot at a $1,000,000 dollars

Longest Drive on HOLE 10 – $25 Dicks Gift Card (need marker)
