Neighbors to Appeal Decision in 2nd Court Case to Supreme Court of Virginia
We won the second court case regarding our special use permit issued by the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors, Unfortunately, the neighbors have decided to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of Virginia. Whether or not the case will heard is not yet known. If the case is heard it will cost us tens of thousands of dollars.
