Opposing Counsel’s Notice of Filing of Transcripts to Virginia Supreme Court

The opposing counsel representing Stan and Jane Seymour, Blaine Creasy, and Adrian Maver filed a Notice of Filing of Transcripts. Essentially, this is the official notice we were given that the Board of Supervisors case transcripts are being sent to the Virginia Supreme Court. The first decision was in our favor and is now being appealed.
