This little guy is a Fox Squirrel! These squirrels are the largest species of tree squirrel in North America. Despite their large size, these squirrels are notoriously gentle and solitary in comparison to the more common Eastern Gray Squirrel. Occasionally, they also can have patches of white markings on their face and tail in our area.
