Cooper’s Hawk

Male Cooper’s Hawk released back in Roanoke City along with his mate. The pair followed pigeons into an attic and became trapped for days. A child finally convinced his grandmother there was a hawk in attic of a nearby vacant house. The pair of Cooper’s were down to their last pigeon soufflé when we captured them. The attic appearance resembled a pillow fight. Dr. Diane diagnosed both as healthy, except they were 30% over weight.
