Virginia Opossum

Virginia Opossum showing progress after a few days in rehab. We do not know how she was injured. The rescuers spotted the feeble opossum dragging a rear leg and captured her. The opossum arrived underweight, anemic, dehydrated and with numerous abrasions. She is receiving medical treatment for a few more days. We hope to release her in a few weeks.
