Loon

Update on our Loon. X rays revealed the patient’s impact with the parking lot fractured the keel. Today, we transferred the Loon to the Wildlife Center of Virginia. The WCV has a water enclosure with a filter/skimmer to keep her feathers perfect while recovering. This lovely one also has to battle aspergillosis.
