The Kestrel dance? No, it is a warning to stay away. I walked in the raptor room and the juvenile Kestrel had escaped and was loose on the shelf. This male Kestrel left his nest, a little too soon. He fell to the sidewalk in downtown Roanoke. No injuries, just lots of spunk and determination.
